1 Introduction & Applicability

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 96bet is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The following payment methods are accepted:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

Deposited funds may be verified by the platform before they become active. Any third-party fees applicable at the time of deposit are entirely the user's responsibility.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

96bet reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal in cases of suspicious activity, fraud, or breach of the rules.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 → maximum bonus ৳20,000 → total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Policy

• A bonus applies once per account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure and forfeiture of the bonus.
• Ongoing promotions may have their own separate terms and conditions.
• 96bet reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion without notice.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Policy

Once confirmed at 96bet, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is deemed invalid due to a technical error or an unusual circumstance, 96bet reserves the right to cancel it and the stake will be returned to the user's account.

5.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, 96bet offers a range of markets — match results, over/under, handicaps, and many other bet types. All betting odds may change in real time. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.

5.3 Casino Games

5.4 Prohibited Activities

11.2 Closure by the User
